Lohitha Devasani is the founder of SpaceHaven and an architectural interior designer with over a decade of experience in residential design. Her work is defined by a refined, detailed approach that brings together spatial planning, functionality, and considered aesthetics.
With a background in architecture (B.Arch) and a Master’s in Interior Architecture from Heriot Watt University, Scotland. Lohitha offers a comprehensive design service spanning interior architecture, bespoke design, and architectural design support. This includes planning drawings, layout design for extensions, and coordination of planning applications where required.
At SpaceHaven, she leads every project from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and well-executed result. From bespoke Fitted Furniture to full home transformations, each project is approached with clarity in design, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of how spaces are lived in.
Where required, the studio collaborates with registered professionals to ensure compliance with all planning and regulatory requirements.
